I recently visited Tokyo where I tried one of the yummiest sushi rolls in my life! Oh, I really miss cucumber sushi, soybean sauce sushi, shredded carrot and salty plum sushi. Although these flavors sound weird, I couldn’t stop eating! So good!

When it comes to vegan food, Tokyo has a lot of vegan restaurants scattered across the city. They are not cheap, but Japanese food isn’t the cheapest anyways. Thus, instead of paying 2 euros for 3 bananas, you can spend 1 euro on a vegan sushi roll that is very satisfying and delicious.
