I often get asked what I eat for my breakfast since I switched to a vegan diet. Thus, I decided to do vegan breakfast ideas series on my blog where I will be sharing my vegan breakfast options. All meals are going to be easy and quick to make, they will contain raw fruits and veggies, grains and starches and sometimes healthy nuts.
Vegan breakfast
- 2 chopped bananas fried in a pan (no oil used) for about 3 minutes each side
- 3 giant dried dates
- 1 large mango
- 1 fresh peach
You can either have all of these fruits eaten together (mixed in a bowl) or separately. I prefer to have my baked bananas first (they really taste like banana chips) and then eat my fruit salad as last.

Oh nice, I think I missed the announcement that you were turning vegan, good for you! I’m a big believer in eating right for your blood type, and mine (A-) thrives best on a vegan diet, too! Although I haven’t cut out cheese, so I still call myself a vegetarian!;-)
It was some time ago and you must have missed it :). I never liked yellow cheese, but I was addicted to the cottage cheese :-).
