Sometimes I really rush myself in the morning so there is not much time for my breakfast. When it happens I grab dried fruits, fresh fruits and a can of beans to start off my day quickly.

Vegan Breakfast Idea

  • A glass of warm water with lime or lemon
  • Cooked beans mixed with green peas (rinse beans thoroughly before cooking to prevent bloating after eating them | rinse off the salt if you used the canned ones)
  • A glass of freshly squeezed blood oranges
  • Handful of fresh strawberries

  1. It is so good to start your day with a mug of hot water and lemon. I really should get back into doing that. Sometimes I add ginger which I love the taste of 🙂

  2. I’ve tried that thing of hot water and lemon for breakfast, and it really does work – it kickstarts your metabolism for the day!!
