When I am out of energy, I make my superpower lemon, ginger and beetroot juice. Lemon rejuvenates skin from within bringing a glow to our face, ginger relieves digestive problems such as nausea, loss of appetite, motion sickness and pain, whereas beetroot is full of vitamins and minerals and packed with powerful antioxidants – a health-food titan.

Ingredients
- 1 beet
- 1 apple, lighted peeled, cored and quartered
- 1 tbsp size piece of fresh ginger (skin removed)
- 3 whole carrots
Preparation
1) Place all ingredients in a juice maker and blend until smooth!
Easy and quick, right? But it has a real power!
