Easy three-ingredient Lassi

Lassi is one of the drinks I’ve discovered during my last visit in India. It’s a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes, fruit. Mostly served cold, it’s extremely refreshing and can give you a lot of energy for the whole day.

How can you make a healthy vegan version of lassi drink? Recipe below!

What you need

  • 1 glass soy yogurt
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp stevia
  • pinch of cardamom powder
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • couple ice cubes
  • pistachios & almonds (finely chopped)

How to make it

1. In a blender blend yogurt, water, stevia, cardamom powder and cinnamon until smooth and frothy.
2. Add ice cubes while blending.
3. Pour in glass and garnish with some sliced pistachios and almonds.
