Smoked chicken and avocado salad

If I have only 5 minutes to make my lunch, I always choose to make a quick and delicious smoked chicken and avocado salad. It contains healthy fats and a lot of protein and, above all, keeps me going for the whole afternoon.

Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 400g smoked chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
  • 3 sun-dried tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Arrange lettuce, chicken, avocado and sun-dried tomatoes on a large platter.
  2. Sprinkle with almonds.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Whisk oil in a bowl until well combined, add Italian herbs and spices.
